Step 1 - Create or activate your e-Alert notification record:

 

e-Alert records can be turned on or off according to preference. To track a new shipment or series of shipments, delete the old record and create a new one.

 (Click 'Delete' to delete the current setup, click 'OFF' to turn OFF the current selected notification OR click 'ON' to turn on the current selected notification)

 

 
Step 2 - Create/Modify e-Alert:

  You can be notified of all shipments associated with your account or enter specific PRO bills for status alerts. The check boxes below determine in which instances you will receive an e-mail.

Step 3 - Decide who will receive the e-Alert:

You may add up to 4 additional e-mail addresses and will be able to pass comments on to the recipients.

Additional Email Address:

Enter up to 4 addresses, each seperated by a comma

 

Enter comments to accompany the additional emails if required.

 

 

Step 4 - Begin receiving e-Alert notifications:
